Dear All,

Just a quick note to thank everyone who put their names down and played on Saturday in what I consider to be one of the best formats of pairs better ball. It was a pleasure to play with Ian and Annie in what was quite a tussle between the four of us with Ian and Annie coming out on top with 47 points and winning one of the most prestigious SDM trophy’s “The Captains Jug”.

On Sunday it was great to see almost 60 people at “ Horta do Vasco”  for the hog roast which too turned out to be a glorious day with beer and wine flowing.

I’m sure you’ll all agree Simon did a fantastic job with the music and it was great to see so many of you up dancing including Bob Coe!! So overall a great weekend had by all.
